使用大連生物質鍋爐需(xu)注意(yi):烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)時,不得(de)用烈火(huo)烘(hong)(hong)烤,溫度(du)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)速應緩慢均(jun)勻,要求最(zui)大升(sheng)(sheng)溫速度(du)小于20℃/天烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)過程(cheng)中(zhong)要定期檢查汽(qi)包水(shui)位,使(shi)之(zhi)經(jing)常保持在(zai)正常范圍(wei)。烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)中(zhong)爐(lu)膛內(nei)(nei)的(de)燃燒火(huo)焰要均(jun)勻,不能集中(zhong)于一處。烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)過程(cheng)中(zhong)可用事(shi)故(gu)放水(shui)門,保持汽(qi)包水(shui)位,避免雜物進入過熱器內(nei)(nei)。烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)過程(cheng)中(zhong)要定時記錄煙(yan)氣溫度(du),以控制溫升(sheng)(sheng)速度(du)和(he)最(zui)高溫度(du),不超過規(gui)定要求。
